In loving memory of Skip Beatty
1948—2003

Skip Beatty

Skip Beatty taught his sons how to ride, how to enjoy life, how to treat friends, how to hold up to responsibilities, and most importantly: He taught his two sons how to be Men.

Skip Beatty was the absolute adventure motorcyclist. His passion for riding a motorcycle was only outweighed by his dedication to his friends and family.

When Leukemia took his life in January, 2003, the hall where his memorial service was held overflowed, standing room only with many people listening beyond the open doors of the service.

Skip Beatty was loved by all and is missed dearly.

"It is only when we truly know and understand that we have a limited time on earth and that we have no way of knowing when our time is up that we will begin to live each day to the fullest, as if it were the only one we had"
